How to whitelist in Bell Mail (updated for 2020)

Add an email address to your MTS Bell Canada Email white list or safe sender list

To help keep important email messages out of your Bell Mail spam folder, you can add an email address to your safe sender list which prevents messages from those senders from ever being marked as spam.

Add sender to safe sender list

When you add a sender’s email address to your “Allowed List”, it tells GoDaddy webmail to never mark messages from that sender as spam.

  1. Log in to Bell Email
  2. From your Inbox, select Options (top-right corner), then select More Options
  3. Under the Preventing junk email header, select Safe and blocked senders
  4. Select Safe Senders
  5. In the Sender or domain to mark as safe field, enter the sender email address and then select Add to list when you are finished

I would like to get the two requests for information this morning. I am not computer savy and just want the information requested. Thank you – Gerard

my email is Sympatico.ca which is provided by Bell in Canada. There doesn’t seem to be any provision for whilelisting this address.

Mary, I use Sympatico so I had the same question. There is a setting that sounds similar that I am trying, fingers crossed. Choose Settings then Security, and scroll down to Block senders and domains. Then add the desired email address to the Allowed list in that box.
I hope that works!
