How to white list in Windstream Webmail

When an email isn’t whitelisted, it means that it has a higher chance of being filtered out by Windstream’s spam filters. This can happen for a variety of reasons, such as the email address being associated with spam in the past, or the email content itself being flagged as spam.

If you’re expecting an important email from someone and it doesn’t arrive in your inbox, it’s possible that it’s been filtered out by spam filters. In this case, you can check your spam folder to see if the email is there. If it is, you can mark it as “not spam” to help train Windstream’s filters to recognize it as legitimate email in the future.
