Add an email address to your GoDaddy Workspace Email white list or safe sender list
To help keep important email messages out of your GoDaddy email spam folder, you can set up allowed senders which prevents messages from those senders from ever being marked as spam. You can also modify your spam filter settings to have suspected messages delivered to your inbox with a “SPAM” label (instead of going to your spam folder) or to turn off spam filtering altogether.
Set up allowed sender
When you add a sender’s email address to your “Allowed List”, it tells GoDaddy webmail to never mark messages from that sender as spam.
- Log in to GoDaddy Workspace Webmail
- From the Settings menu, select Message Filters
- Select Allowed List
- Click Add New, enter the sender email address and then OK when you are finished
Modify spam filters
You can modify your spam filter settings to change how your account manages messages it suspects are spam.
- Log in to GoDaddy Workspace Webmail
- From the Settings menu, select Spam Settings
- From the Spam filtering section, select one of the following:
- Turn off filtering – No action applies to suspected spam. It delivers to your Inbox.
- Mark subject with [SPAM] – Suspected spam delivers to your Inbox with [SPAM] in the subject line.
- Select OK

how do i whitelist on sending mails??? I called 2-times to technical support team but they also won’t able to provide solution on this….Please help
You can’t whitelist outgoing mail, only incoming.
You must be entering wrong credentials.
I’m trying to help a client to whitelist some IPs and mail addresses but the page of workspace webmail is not allowing my client to enter with his credentials as if it didn’t exists.
I have the same issue
